How many of you have had days where you were simply frazzled, unorganized, and everything just seemed to go wrong? We all have those days and simply become frustrated with ourselves, even questioning our cognitive capabilities. We seek a solution for what is out of alignment within us, why these events occur and what we can do to prevent them or at least organize our spiritual and physical environment and selves.
As you may know, the left side of the brain controls the right side of the body. It governs the ways in which we interpret the world through the use of logic and how we perform tasks in the sciences and mathematics. The right hemisphere of the opposing side of the body coordinates and assists in the performance of tasks that have to do with creativity and re-creation, thus the arts. Sometimes we see the world upside down, sometimes we see it right side up being creative allows us to merge perspectives.
Take for instance, the scene in the movie Lucy, with Morgan Freeman and Scarlett Johansson, in which he lectures in a college. The entire scene explains, how much of our brains we do not use to say the least and the theories of us utilizing our brains to maximum capacity, oh the possibilities. The truth is we do possess a giant network of information in and outside of us in which we have all individually and collectively abstained from tapping into or else we would possibly be overloaded. If we discovered in ourselves the things that keep us, frazzled and unaligned, we may just find our super power is in creating. We are not simply seeking perfection, but the insight we have into ourselves as a collective species over the course of our existence calls us to seek evolution.
If you consider all we do in one day of activity, our brains above our bodies have consumed a ton of information. The brain never rests, however, at times we feel the discomfort of an active lifestyle and mental pressures. The pull to either relax or create is always within us and creating can prove to be relaxing.
I challenge you today in the moments of feeling out of line within your own frequency and human necessity, to know you are all powerful. Simply breathe, and utilize the expression of creativity, even in the most elementary of forms. Remember as the Professor played by Morgan Freeman said, "we choose immortality or reproduction." So be inspired and put your finishing touches on the world as that is how we live forever and re-creating or re-producing can be done in many forms. Choose any form and realize your evolution may not be on the same time schedule that the social environment around us may be on. But you can choose to work within your own alignment to nurture your ability to function day to day with a little art and bring wholeness to yourself.
